- Follow up inspection:

The following items have been completed from last inspection:

1. Handwash station has been installed in kitchen area. *Install a second liquid soap dispenser.
adjacent to hand wash sink. Do not block sink w/ garbage can, as sink must be accessible @ all times.

2. Dishwasher is now on temp with sanitizer concentration @ 50ppm.

3. Dry storage area has been cleaned and reorganized. All stainless steel counters have replaced wooden counters. Wooden area have been painted.
All containers for food storage must have lids. *Do not leave any open bags as this can lead to the contamination of food ingredients.

4. Thorough cleaning under hard to reach areas and equipment has been completed.
Note: You must clean all food contact surfaces at the end of each day.
5. Abell pest control in place. Monthly inspections are being conducted.
The following requires attention:

1. Back door must be closed at all times and sealed to prevent entry of pests.
Ensure door is finished and does not allow any space for pest entry.
