Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces not properly washed and sanitized [s. 17(2)]
Observation: Dishwasher not working for the last 4 months.
Correction: Perform temporary manual dishware washing methods as described (use all 3 sinks in the kitchen). Ensure not to use the same sink for dishwashing as well as food prepping at any given time.

Manual dishware washing:
1. Scrape
2. Detergent
3. Rinse (water only!)
4. Sanitize with QUATs (pink solution)
5. Air dry

A follow up inspection was performed for routine inspection MKIM-CZHVRR and the following observations were made:
- All utensils were kept in a clean and sanitary manner
- High temperature dishwasher had a final rinse of 75.2C on dish surface
- All violations resolved
