302 - Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces not properly washed and sanitized [s. 17(2)] Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Sanitizer in spray bottle by the 3 compartment sink was at 50 ppm QUATS. Staff said it had been mixed/diluted with water. Corrective Action(s): As discussed, follow manufacturer's directions. If it does not state to mix the chemical with water, do not mix. Staff opened new bottle of sanitizer which was at 200 ppm QUATS. Violation Score: 5
