- Food debris accumulation within off-white cookie dough freezer in back
Corrective Action(s): - Ensure that all debris accumulation is removed and that a regular cleaning schedule is implemented for all hard to reach areas within premises

Met with Store Manager during time of inspection.

As per manager, Doyen oven will not be installed at this store.
Turbochef and Otis Cookie oven available at this location


Hot Case/ Hot food area:
- Handwashing station equipped with liquid soap, paper towels, hot/cold running water, ensure no utensils are stored within sink
- All temperatures meet health requirements
* Hot case maintaining temperatures at 60C or above
* Undercounter coolers at 4C
* QUAT sanitizer available in spray bottle, concentration at 200ppm
* QUAT sanitizer from dispenser at 200ppm
* Temperature logs kept and maintained
* Probe thermometer available for monitoring food products temperatures

Food Store:
- All temperatures meet health requirements
* Stand up freezers (back of facility) at -18C
Note: Slight food debris accumulation observed within off-white freezer during time of inspection, ensure debris is removed (see above noted infraction)
* Walk in cooler at 4C or below
* Beverage coolers maintaing temperatures of 4C or below
* Sandwich display cooler at 4C
- Abell Pest Control services facility, inspection obtained from July 21 2016, no evidence of pests noted during time of insepction
- No evidence of pests detected during time of inspection
- General sanitation of facility - OK but needs improvement underneath equipment and hard to reach areas
