Routine Inspection Conducted
- Inspection conducted due to renovations/expansion of floor plan to include bubble tea station
- Menu items have been updated to include bubble tea drinks

Documents submitted and reviewed:
- Updated floor plan
- Food safety plan
- Sanitation plan for ice machine
- Menu

Observations at bubble tea station:
- Bubble tea station is constructed as per submitted floor plan
- Sandwich preparation cooler measured at 3'C (top and bottom)
- Hot-holding units for bubble tea pearls measured at 60'C
- Thermometer available in cooler
- Temperature logs are maintained - good!
- General sanitation of premise is satisfactory
- Hand washing station supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel
- Preparation sink supplied with hot and cold running water
- Bubble tea pearls will be kept in a warmer (measured above 60'C during time of inspection)
- All bubble tea products are received from an approved source - invoices available and verified on site
- Bubble tea dry storage located underneath counters in the cupboards (stored at least 6 inches off the floor)
- Ice machine observed in sanitary condition with scoop placed outside

Other observations:
- General sanitation of kitchen is satisfactory
- Sticky fly traps have been placed around the kitchen to reduce fly population. Fly population has reduced. *Reminder: ensure fly traps are placed in non-food preparation areas to prevent potential physical contamination to food.

*HEALTH APPROVAL is granted during time of inspection for expansion of floor plan to include bubble tea station and for new bubble tea menu items. This approval does not exempt you from receiving approval from other agencies.
