Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Low-temperature dishwasher measured at 0ppm chlorine. No approved sanitizer spray bottles (e.g.: QUATs) present at the front and back area to sanitize food contact surfaces.
Corrective Action(s): Temporarily use 2-compartment sink to wash and sanitize utensils and kitchen equipment. Second compartment sanitizing sink must measure at least 100ppm chlorine or 200ppm QUATs. Facility must be Take-out only until low-temperature dishwasher is dispensing at least 50ppm chlorine. Ensure there are approved sanitizer spray bottles (e.g.: QUATs) available at the front and back area to sanitize food contact surfaces.

Corrective Action(s): All handwashing stations must be well equipped hot and cold water, liquid soap, and paper towels. Temporarily use the handwashing station in the dine-in area next to the kitchen to faciliate proper handwashing.

Routine Inspection conducted today.
Communicable Disease compliance conducted. Mask policy in place. Sanitizer available for customer use. Signage posted at front door to advise people who display COVID-19 symptoms to not enter. Take-out only at the time of inspection.

Bar and dine-in handwashing sink well equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels.
QUATs dispenser measured at 200ppm. 2-compartment sink available.
Prep coolers and walk-in cooler measured at 4C. Stand-up freezer measured at -18C. Rice cookers measured at 60C or above.
Ice machine in sanitary condition.
No signs of pests observed.

Overall, facility is well organized and maintained.
