Correction: Discard all ice in ice machine. Clean and sanitize the interior drop plate and interior of the ice machine as per the manufacturer's instruction. Follow-up inspection conducted for report# KLAI-CWGQR5 Interior of the ice machine now noted in a sanitary condition. Chlorine sanitizer spray bottle that was prepared from yesterday is now readily available and staff is aware of storage area for spray bottle (different staff from the one met during the routine inspection). Back of house handwash sink now has paper towel in the paper towel dispenser. Area noted with mouse droppings is now clean and noted sanitary. Operator fixed the dishwasher during the inspection - dishwasher was no longer leaking.
