Follow up inspection: 100 ppm chlorine sanitizer was available in a spray bottle however lemon scented bleach was available onsite. Please obtain 5% household unscented bleach to use it to setup 100 ppm chlorine sanitizer in the spray bottle for food contact surfaces prior to November 3, 2017 and email the district E.H.O. an update. The lemon scented bleach can be used to mop the floor and for laundering towels/linens. A follow up inspection will be conducted to verify that 5% unscented household bleach is available for sanitizing prep. surfaces. It was mentioned that the person in charge for the kitchen will be on-site on Wednesday December 6, 2017 at 11 AM. A follow up inspection will be conducted next week.
