-Upright cooler was at 4C.
-Under counter coolers (2) were both at 4C.
-Upright freezers (3) were less than -18C.
-Customer area freezers were at -10C.
-Temperatures checked and recorded daily.
-Cleaning and sanitizing carried out on the 3-compartment sink. Bleach was tested at 200ppm. Bleach changed every 3 hours.
-Handwash station supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels.
-Sanitizer spray bottle tested at 200ppm.
-Blender containers sanitized after each use.
-Dipper well functioning at the time of inspection.
-General food storage practices good at the time of inspection. Foods stored off the ground and protected from contamination.
-Separate scoops available for each topping (allergen control).
-General sanitation good at the time of inspection.
-No signs of pests noted at the time of inspection.
-Washroom clean and sanitary. Handwash station supplied with liquid hand soap and single use paper towels.
-FOODSAFE Level 1 equivalence valid until 17-Aug-2028.
-Health permit hand delivered to operator. Review the attached permit letter and notify the health department of any changes to the facility. Ensure permit is posted in a visible location.
