Hand wash sink stocked with liquid soap and paper towels.
Sanitizer (quats) measured 200 ppm - spray bottle and bucket.
Under counter cooler was at 5-7 deg C. Keep bottles of sauces in the walk-in cooler.
Hot holding for meat balls and soups was above 70 deg C.
Sandwich prep cooler - egg salad sandwich/deli meat was at 4 deg C; veggies was at 4-6 deg C.
Walk-in cooler was below 4 deg C.
Walk-in cooler was at -18 deg C.
Temperature log was available and up to date.
Food items in the dry storage area was stored off the floor.
Floor, counter tops and equipment were free of debris/grime build up.
Washrooms were provided with liquid soap, paper towels and toilet paper.
Manager on-site has valid Food Safe 1 certification (expires 2023).
