Hand sinks supplied with hot and cold water, soap and paper towels.
Quats solution was at 200 ppm.
All coolers were < 4 C.
All freezers were < -18 C.
Hot held foods were > 60 C.
Temperature records were up to date.
The dishwasher reached 72 C at the plate level.
Pest control is coming on site regularly, report viewed during the inspection.
General sanitation was satisfactory, cleaning schedule discussed.
