- Reach in stainless steel cooler at less than 4C. Foods covered and stored safely.
- Beverage cooler and upright display cooler for sandwiches at less than 4 C
- Reach in freezer and ice cream freezer at less than -18 C.
- Sanitizer available in three compartment sink is measured at 100 ppm chlorine residual.
- Food contact surface sanitizer is available in spray bottle and is measured at 100ppm chlorine residual
- Ice machine in sanitary condition. Scoop is stored safely in clean container.
- No evidence of pest activity noted.
