-Follow-up inspection to January 8, 2019.
-High temperature dishwasher has been serviced and had a final rinse temperature of 77C on the dish surface (minimum 71C required for proper sanitizing).
-Chemical feed has been adjusted to decrease the amount of bubbles in the machine, resulting in less overflow.
-Drain for dishwasher has also been lowered to prevent overflowing of dishwasher.
-Service technician has recommended the dishwasher be turned on all day rather than only when in use.
-Please contact the inspector if you have any questions or concerns.
