- Hand washing station is equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels
- Coolers at < or = 4C
- Freezers at < or = -18C
- Low temperature dishwasher is in use. Chlorine concentration measured at 50 ppm at the final rinse.
- Bleach sanitizer is available. Ensure this is prepared by adding 1/2 teaspoon of bleach per 1L water to achieve 100 ppm.
- Chlorine test strips are available. Ensure dishwasher is tested daily.
- Temperature logs are available for coolers and freezers. Ensure logs are maintained daily.
- Dry storage is well-maintained
- No signs of pests observed during inspection
