Routine Inspection conducted today.

Handwashing sink well equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels.
QUATs spray bottles at 200ppm. 3-compartment sink available for warewashing.
Display cooler and walk-in cooler measured at 4C or lower. walk-in freezer measured at -18C. Hot-holding units measured at 60C. Temperature logs are well maintained. Temperature logs shows refrigeration and hot-holding units adheres to temperature health requirements.
No signs of pests observed.

NOTE: Ensure that FOODSAFE Level 1 Certification of staff is available on-site upon Inspector's request.

Overall, facility is well organized and clean.
