All handwashing stations are accessible and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels.
Low temperature dishwasher measured at 48 degrees C and 50 ppm chlorine in the rinse residual at the utensil surface. Dishwasher tested over multiple cycles. Test strips available on site.
Bleach water sanitizer available in labeled spray bottle at 100 ppm chlorine bleach. Discussed: Ensure surfaces (e.g. prep tables, food contact equipment/utensils) are being sanitized as often as necessary to protect food, food equipment, and utensils from potential contamination.
Sweets display cooler measured 2 degrees C. Thermometer available within cooler.
Bags of food are stored off the floor. Dry storage area organized.
Area affected by rodent droppings has been cleaned and sanitized.
Upright (white) cooler not in use and was observed to be empty. Adequate cooler storage space available. Upright cooler must be capable of maintaining food at 4 degrees C or less if to be used for potentially hazardous food storage.
