Follow-up inspection to routine conducted on Oct 16, 2018 (RPT#: JMAA-B5LSTZ). - Technician came earlier this week to inspect display cooler; controller unit was adjusted, however, there is still settling ice which is clogging the cold air circulation system. Technician will be arriving later today or tomorrow with new parts. Follow-up inspection to occur next week to ensure that it has been repaired. No food items were present inside cooler at time of inspection - good. Reminder that no food items will be allowed inside until a re-inspection has been done to confirm that the cooler can maintain 4C or less - Sanitizing pail present at time of inspection at 200 ppm chlorine residual - High-temperature dishwasher is consistently outputting >= 71C at final rinse cycle at the plate - good. Final rinse cycle temperature was at 75C at time of inspection
