Corrective Action #1: Replace thermometer dial. Ensure that every cooler and freezer unit has a working thermometer in order to record temperatures
Corrective Action #2: Replace faucet handle at three-compartment sink
Observation #3: Staff have called a plumber. Fix the laundry washer. In the meantime, ensure that all wiping cloths get laundered at a laundering facility on high heat at least once a day.
Observation #4: Call maintenance for low-temperature dishwasher. Do not use it until repairs. Begin 3-compartment sink method.
