-Follow-up inspection to July 27, 2018 - Issuance of Public Health Act Correction Order regarding potentially unapproved food item: Kaymar Produced from 100% Cow's Milk by Iraqi Cuisine located in Edmonton, Alberta. -Alberta Health Services determined the product was not made at an approved facility. Iraqi Cuisine is approved to make foods at 10804 - 119th Street Edmonton, Alberta. Kaymar was not made at this location and is considered an unapproved food source. All Kaymar placed on hold on July 27, 2018 is to be discarded. Items were discarded at the time of inspection. -Since Iraqi Cuisine is located in Alberta, facility may need to receive approval from the Canadian Food Inspection Agency regarding labelled prior to shipping foods across Provincial boundaries. Do not accept food items from Iraqi Cuisine until it can be verified that the foods are made at an approved location and the packaging meets all Provincial and Federal requirements. -Public Health Act Correction Order is rescinded. -Please contact the inspector if you have any questions or concerns.
