Code 401 noted on Routine inspection # AHEN-BF9V5U of Aug-21-2019 Adequate handwashing stations not available for employees [s. 21(4)] Observation: A limited supply of hot running water is available from the faucet at the designated handsink in the bar. Cold running water was available in sufficient supply. Correction: Fix the handsink so that it has a greater amount of running hot water at the handsink; Correct by August 22, 2019. In the meanwhile, use the other sink next to the glasswasher (where drinks are emptied normally) as a temporary handsink. Liquid soap and paper towels were added at this sink. Code 401 noted on Follow-Up inspection # AHEN-BFARJL of Aug-22-2019 Adequate handwashing stations not available for employees [s. 21(4)] Observation: Handsink in the bar has not been repaired yet to supply a sufficient amount of hot running water. Operator stated that they will look for a faucet today and call a plumber to make repairs if they are unable to make the correction themselves. Correct today. Correction: Repair the handsink so that is supplied with a greater supply of hot running water at the handsink; Correct by August 22, 2019. In the meanwhile, use the other sink next to the glasswasher (where drinks are emptied normally) as a temporary handsink. Liquid soap, paper towels, and hot and cold running water was available at this sink.

Follow up inspection: -Handsink in the bar was repaired. A sufficient supply of hot and cold running water was available at this designated handsink. -Rodent droppings were removed from the previously affected area. Thank you for making improvements.
