Observation: Operator or staff does not have valid FOODSAFE Level 1 Certificate. Operator informed that he will be register and be taking FOODSAFE Level 1 Certificate in a week.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure the operator and staff to have valid FOODSAFE Level 1 Certificate. At least one-staff must have valid FOODSAFE Level 1 Certificate at all times within the premise. Have proof of FOODSAFE Certificate on-site for validation. Corrected by: June 20, 2022.

Follow-up Inspection conducted for report#JCHY-CETV2G.
The following violations in report#JCHY-CETV2G have been corrected:
-No garbage bags observed to be used to store frozen/raw meat products.
-Shelving units and floors in the walk-in cooler observed to be in sanitary condition.
-Combi Oven observed to be in sanitary condition.
-Bleach spray bottles measuredat 200ppm chlorine in the front and back food preparation/service areas.
-Meat bandsaw observed to be in sanitary condition. Operator informed that in-use utensils are cleaned and sanitized every 2 hours and that meat bandsaw is cleaned and sanitized after each-use or every 2 hours of continuous use which ever is lesser.
-Handwashing sinks well equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels. All handwashing sinks observed to be not obstructed.
-Walk-in cooler measured at 4C. Stand-up freezers measured at -18C.
