Correction: Clean and sanitize the cutting board with approved sanitizer. This will be checked during the next follow up inspection.

- BBQ hot display station maintaining 60C. Ensure to monitor daily using properly working thermometers.
- Working thermometer inside the walk in cooler.
- Immediately begin daily temperature log for all coolers, freezers, and hot holding units.
