Routine inspection conducted.

Findings:
- Temperature of prep coolers, walk in cooler & stand up coolers recorded at or below 4C.
- 1 beverage cooler recorded at 5C.
- Temperature logs were maintained and found up to date.
- Food was stored at least 6 inches off the floor.
- Food storage practices were found satisfactory.
- General sanitation of the facility was satisfactory.
- All handwash sinks (x2) had adequate supply of hot and cold running water, liquid soap and single use paper towels.
- 200ppm QUATS recorded in sanitizer pail and 3rd compartment of dishwashing sink.
- Staff has valid FOODSAFE Level 1 certificate (Exp October 6, 2023)
- Permit posted at the front.
- No signs of pest activity observed.
