Routine inspection: Permit to operate posted on cabinet door. FOODSAFE requirements met at time of inspection. Temperature monitoring records maintained and available for review. Sliding glass door cooler at 3 degrees C. Upright coolers with smaller freezer sections at or below 4 degrees C and -15 to -17 degrees C respectively. Hot holding at or above 60 degrees C. 2 compartment sink provided with liquid soap and paper towels. Additional tub filled with 100ppm bleach for sanitizing utensils and equipment. 200pppm quats available for use. Wiping cloth stored in solution when not in use. Storage area freezer at -17 degrees C. General sanitation is satisfactory.
