Water pooling under the wire rack shelf in the undercounter fridge at the front. Remove ice build up at the compressor.
Unable to check the sanitizer concentration. Maintenance work was being carried out in the area.
Clean the splatter on the wall behind the storage rack containing the packaging material (by the back door). Clean the area around the mop sink.
Temperature of the refrigeration and freezer units, steam table, dishwasher are satisfactory.
