Routine inspection conducted. Findings: - General sanitation of the facility was satisfactory. - Walk in cooler recorded at 2.8C - Stand up cooler in the front at 3.6C - Stand up freezer at -16C - Hot holding unit was not in use. - All handwash sinks (x2) had adequate supply of hot and cold running water, liquid soap and single use paper towels. - 200ppm bleach solution recorded in spray bottle. - 3 compartment dishwashing sink available for manual dishwashing. - Food was stored at least 6 inches off the floor. - Staff has valid FOODSAFE Level 1 certificate (Exp April 1, 2028) - Permit posted at the front. - No signs of pest activity observed.
