Observation: A number of house flies were noticed in the small storage/prep ktichen next to the porch kitchen.
Corrective Action(s): 1. Clean and sanitize all shelves, tables and equipment to remove fly excrement and to discourage flies.
2. Install UV vector fly traps in storage/prep kitchen
3. Frequent cleaning after any sugary spills or equiment/surface in general will discourage flies.
4.Ensure garbage bins are clenaed frequently. ( Immediately).
