Routine Inspection conducted today.
COVID-19 assessment conducted. COVID-19 Safety Plan onsite and posted. Mask policy in place. Physical distancing decals in place. Sanitizer available for customer use. Signage posted at front door to advise people who display COVID-19 symptoms to not enter. Plexiglass barrier in place at front till. Health screening of employees documented before they entering work. Signs and sanitizer present at buffet line.

Handwashing sinks well equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels.
QUATs spray bottles and dispenser measured at 200ppm. QUATs test strips available.
All cold-holding and hot-holding units met health requirements. Temperature logs are well maintained.
All buffet menu items stored on buffet line are discarded after 4 hours and are documented.
No signs of pest observed.

Overall, facility is well organized and clean.
