Clean storage room daily.
Banquet room, remove all condiments from tables in the evening and close doors for traps to be effective.
Install door sweeps for all doors providing access to banquet room.
suggest use of snap traps in evening once premise closes in activity areas.
To address the exterior activity,burrowing, have crushed rock placed around parameter of premise to decrease soil access

Cold potentially hazardous food stored/displayed above 4 °C. [s. 14(2)]
Observation: Food in indercounter cooler in the cook line measured at 10C. The cooling unit is not working. Staff stated that the unit has been broken and they keep the food cold by adding ice to the inserts.
Correction: Do not store any perishable food in this cooler until is repaired. Repair or replace the unit so that it can hold the food temperature at or below 4C.

Adequate handwashing stations not available for employees [s. 21(4)]
Observation: Hot water not available in one hand washing sink in the kitchen. Staff stated that the sink is not usually used. The sink also was blocked with kitchen equipment. Staff were directed to hand wash at the other available stations.
Correction: Provide hot water at the sink.
Remove all the obstructions from the hand sink.
