The highest temperature it reached was 67 C and all other runs had a lower plate temperature. Corrective Action(s): Repair within one week and call for a re-inspection. Comments

-Overdue Health Act permit fee letter hand delivered to the operator. Ensure that it is paid within 10 business days. All coolers were < 4 C. All freezers were < -18 C. No changes made to the menu. Quats sanitizer solution was measured at 200 ppm. The glass washer reached 71 C at the plate level. No evidence of pests. General sanitation was satisfactory.
