Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Knives observed to be kept in crevices
Corrective Action(s): DO NOT KEEP knives in crevices or between counter tops. Crevices cannot be cleaned and sanitized therefore the knives are potentially contaminated everytime they are placed there. Operator placed all knives in the high temperature dishwasher at the time of inspection
