Corrective Action(s): Ensure the band saw is dismantled, cleaned and sanitized after use or every hour. Operator agreed to clean and sanitize the saw immediately.

- All cooler ambient air temperature below 4 degree C. Improve the lighting in the walk in cooler.
- All freezer ambient air temperature below -18 degree C. All freezers require defrosting.

- Bleach available on site. Always mix 2 ml of bleach with water to sanitize food contact surfaces when open for business
