- Temperature of coolers and freezers were adequate
- Hand sinks were equipped with liquid soap and paper towels
- Bleach solution was available for use
- Dishwasher: >50ppm detected in water after wash.
- No signs of pest infestations
* Refrain from using cardboard to line shelves or on floor
* Keep floor clear of bins and other item to make cleaning easier. (6" off floor)
* All areas that are in need of repair must be part of a facility maintenance schedule eg. Floor and walls of walk-in-cooler are damaged to a point where proper sanitation is difficult.
