Observation: Kitchen area is becoming cluttered. There are cardboard boxes stored by the stove, electrical plug-in bars stored right beside the handsink (this is also an electrical hazard), various used towels covering counter tops/equipment, etc.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure to organize your kitchen and keep it clean at all times.

Observation: Only one plug available at the 3 compartment sink during inspection. The other sinks were missing plugs.
Corrective Action(s): As discussed, you need to have plugs at your 3 compartment sink to be able to fill one compartment with soap/water, rinse in the 2nd, and fill the 3rd compartment with bleach/water.
Obtain new plugs immediately.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Operator was not on site initially during inspection and staff member did not have FOODSAFE.
Corrective Action(s): Operator arrived by end of inspection. As discussed, there must always be at least one person that has FODOSAFE on site.

Walk in cooler was at 3.7 deg C
Pizza prep cooler: 3 deg C, ensure to keep lids closed when not in use
Upright cooler across stove: 2.9 deg C
Chest freezers at -18 deg C or less
Hot held unit with pizza in front area at 61.2 deg C
Bleach spray bottle is at 100 ppm chlorine residual
No signs of pests at time of inspection
Foods in coolers are covered
Ice cream freezer not in use.
