Hand sinks are all available for use. Manager has posted a notice that all staff must use the hand wash sinks for hand washing only. Tea spoon is stored in icewater. All time tracking stickers are current and eggs are refridgerated. Food debris under counter has been scrubbed. Good. Far fewer flies are noted.
