Routine Inspection - permit posted - hand wash station stocked with liquid soap and paper towels. Paper towels provided during the inspection at one hand wash station - Glass door cooler ambient air temperature below 4 degree Celsius. Monitor and record temperature daily. - 200 ppm quats sanitizer available - foodsafe level 1 trained staff available. Reminder: Foodsafe level certificates issued on July 29,2013 or before will expire on July 29,2018. - no pest activity noted during the inspection.
