Observation: - Rodent droppings observed along floor/ wall edges under pizza prep table and under front counter area.
Corrective Action(s): - Remove droppings and thoroughly clean above noted areas.
- Use chlorine bleach solution (1 tsp chlorine bleach + 1L water) on affected areas.
- Continue to monitor pest activity. Report new and/ or increased activity to your pest control service technician.
- Follow all recommendations provided by your pest control service technician.

- Proper handwashing practices observed at time of inspection.
- Food handlers wear uniforms and use hats/ hairnets for hair restraint.

- Pizza pick-up holding shelf - surface temperature >60C.
- Daily monitoring temperature logs appear maintained and up-to-date.
- Food storage practices appear satisfactory. Storage is organized and food is protected from contamination.
- 200 ppm QUATS sanitizer available from dispenser at 2-compartment sink. 200 ppm QUATS available in spray bottle at food preparation area.
- Drain plugs available to facilitate manual warewashing and sanitizing practices.
- General sanitation of premises appears satisfactory.
- Staff washroom sink has hot and cold water, liquid soap and papertowels. Staff washroom door kept closed when not in use.
- Permit to Operate posted.
