Send payment to billing with invoice so that a new decal can be issued.
Walk-in cooler was at 1-2 deg C.
Freezer was at -18 deg C.
Sanitizer (quats) measured 200 ppm.
Hand wash stations provided with liquid soap and paper towels.
Hot holding for meats, beans, etc was above 60 deg C.
Prep line coolers were at or below 4 deg C.
Temperature log was available and up to date.
