Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): 2-door undercounter cooler in kitchen is measured to be 5.3oC (air temperature). Food temperature is noted at 5.0oC. Thermometer in cooler indicated temperature of 6oC. No temperatrure log is maintained since May 11, 2022.
Corrective Action(s): Do not store any potentially hazardous foods in this cooler until temperature can be maintained at 4oC or less at all times. All potentially hazardous foods in cooler discarded.

Corrective Action(s): Adjust or fix so that temperature of cooler can be maintained at 4oC or less at all times. Knob in cooler has been adjusted to a cooler setting, if temperature is coming down to less than 4oC then cooler can be used again. If not, cooler needs to be fixed.
