General Comments: Handsink was fully equipped. 200ppm bleach sanitizer is available in spray bottles. Discussed manual dishwashing procedures. No concerns noted. Operator has FS Level 1 certification. Pizzas are no longer being prepared and hotheld. They're made to order only. Coolers were below 4 degC; freezers were below -18 degC; rice was hotheld at 80 degC Operator has purchased the company name now. Updated Director information sent via email.
