- Handsink was maintained with hot & cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel
- >100ppm chlorine sanitizer was made at the time of inspection; Ensure that sanitizer is made at the beginning of each shift
- Temperatures of refrigeration units were adequate
- Storage of foods was good; No concerns for cross-contamination
- Equipment (meat slicer) was cleaned and sanitized
- General sanitation was good
- No signs of pest activities
> Observed some sauce splashed on the wall along the counter. Ensure that the walls are cleaned and sanitized
> Observed paints peeling off on the wall along the sink. Ensure that the wall is re-painted so that the surface is smooth, non-absorbent and easily cleanable.
