Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Sandwich cooler beside cashier machine measured at 10ºC.
Corrective Action(s): Transfer sandwiches from cooler to different cooler immediately. Sandwiches were transferred to different cooler driving inspections ( corrected).

Corrective Action(s): Ensure operating permit is posted in conspicuous location at all times with valid decal. Ensure physical copy of operations permit is posted in conspicuous location as soon as possible. Valid decal needs to be present. Renewal Decal needed.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Minor food debris and residues observed along wall, cornes, and behind kitchen equipment in back area.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure areas noted above are deep cleaned using hot soap water.

GENERAL COMMENTS:
-> Staff on duty have FoodSafe (Level 1 and equivalent training).
NOTE -> Ensure staff have copy of foodsafe training that is valid at all time.
-> All coolers measured at 4ºC or above. (Small cooler under coffee machine (2.6ºC). Beverage cooler beside sandwich cooler (9ºC) Sandwich cooler (10ºC). Prep Cooler in kitchen area (3.9ºC). Except ones mentioned.
-> All freezer temperatures measured at -18ºC or below( I door standup freezer beside tray rack(-11.6ºC), I door standup freezer beside coolers (-8.3ºC), and small freezer near washroom (-12.8ºC).
-> High temperature dishwasher measured at 74ºC on plate surface after rinse cycle.
-> Sanitize solution tested at 400ppm QUATS.
-> No pets activity observed during inspection
-> Foods in coolers/freezer are covers, organized, and labelled. Thermometers are present.
-> Dry storage area is organized and foods are 6 inches off the floor.
-> Hand washing stations fully equipped with hot/cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towel.
-> Staff have proper clothing and hygiene.
-> Ice Machine is adequate
