Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): - Rodenticide which was originally in labelled container (placed by Pest Control Technician) was noted spilled on the floor under shelving where packaging is stored in back storage area.
Corrective Action(s): - Remove rodenticide immeidately. Do not place rodenticide within food premises. It is not suitable for food premises as can be a source of contamination and can be spilled/tracked to other areas of the facility. Use traps within food premises.
- Pest Control Techinician was called on-site at time of the inspection and removed the rodenticide. A multi-catch trap was placed in that area.

Comments

- General sanitation of store display, storage and produce processing areas satisfactory. *Ensure debris does not collect under shelving in back storage areas. Keep floor clear to facilitate monitoring for pest issues and so as not to create runways or harbourage for rodents.
- No pest activity noted at the time of the inspection. Pest Control contract in place.

Produce Processing Area:
- Produce processing room and walk-in cooler 4C
- Handsink supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel
- Quats sanitizer present from dispenser at 3 compartment sink measured 200ppm. Reviewed sanitizing procedures for cutting boards/food contact surfaces with staff on duty.
* Sealant/caulking around sinks has been replaced and appears clean/maintained
* Cold pressed juice is no longer being made only orange juice.

Store Area:
- All display coolers were 4C or colder.
- All display freezers were maintaining product in a frozen state.
- Dairy walk-in/display cooler 2C
- Overstock walk-in freezers -17C to -18C
- Bulk food area maintained with scoops stored outside of bins
