Comments

Cleaning had been done throughout the hard to reach areas in the kitchen and the dry storage rooms. All droppings had been removed and the floor was sanitized with bleach water solution. Pest control service report was available. New traps were placed. Holes and crevices in the dry storage room were sealed with filling foams. The operator reported no new activity was sighted after cleaning and the patch ups. Note: 1. Pull out coolers and work tables at the end of each day to remove any food fallen food crumbs and clean spills. 2. Keep monitor pest activity such as monitoring for droppings and traps. 3. The opening of the 2 pipes coming down from the ceiling above the water heater need be to filled. 4. No bait must be used in a restaurant. Please re-check with the pest control service.
