Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Food in prep cooler was above 10 degrees C.
Corrective Action(s): - Only whole produce to be stored in this unit.
- Food in the top inserts must be stored in bins in ice as discussed during the inspection.
- Only use the unit for potentially hazardous foods (cooked foods, meats, dairy, chopped veggies etc) after the unit is repaired and is able to maintain the food below 4 degrees C.

- Staff washroom required liquid soap and paper towels.
Corrective Action(s): - Provide soap to the sink that is most often used for handwashing to ensure that everyone is able to properly wash their hands i.e. with liquid soap, warm water and paper towels.
