- Hand washing station supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels. *Install a paper towel dispenser at this hand washing station.
- Warewashing sinks maintained in sanitary conditions, sink plugs were available
- Quats sanitizer solution available at 200 ppm in spray bottle
- All equipment and machinery maintained in sanitary conditions
- Walk-in cooler measured at below 4C
- Walk-in freezer measured at below -18C
- Food storage practices were satisfactory
- General sanitation is good
- No signs of pest activity noted at time of inspection.
- Processing room walls have been replaced with FRP board. The remaining walls of the facility will be replaced as well. OK.
