Routine health inspection. Coolers at 4 degrees C or less.* Freezer satisfactory. Hot holding at 60 degrees C or more. Thermometers available for cold holding units. Food is protected from potential contamination. Hand sinks (kitchen, washroom) are accessible and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels. Three compartment sink supplied with hot and cold running water, and three sink plugs for manual ware washing. Bleach water sanitizer available in spray bottle and in bucket with wiping cloths at 100 to 200 ppm chlorine. Utensils/equipment stored in clean condition. No signs of pest activity observed at time of inspection. *Two coolers were at greater than 4 degrees C but are being used exclusively for non-potentially hazardous beverage storage (pop, water).
