Introduction
An unscheduled routine inspection was conducted to assess compliance with the Community Care and Assisted Living Act (CCALA), the Child care Licensing Regulations (CCLR) and the relevant Director of Licensing Standards of Practice (DoLSoP).
All care categories were inspected for compliance.

Items reviewed comply with the Act, regulations & standards of practice.
Observed Violations
No violations were found during the inspection.
Comments
At today’s inspection there were 3 children and 1 staff present.
At this inspection no contraventions were identified.
The following was discussed:
- Single use hand towels need to be put in the 'dirty' bin after each use.
- CRCs for all family members.
- Sanitizable surface for change pad.
- Three step system for washing dishes used by the children.
- Thermometer in fridge to ensure food safe temperature of food.
- Removing the hammock in the outdoor area during daycare hours.
- Chairs used in the outdoor playspace are unstable and will be addressed.
- Creating a visual reminder for the children to not use the deck.
- Safety film for windows close to the ground in the backyard need to be installed.
- Ensure the gate behind the shed is always closed.
