Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Sanitizer at three compartment sink measured 50 ppm quats.
Corrective Action(s): Sanitizer was discarded. Sanitizer was changed and measured at 200 ppm quats. Ensure sanitizer is changed as often as needed to maintain effective sanitizing concentrations (e.g. 200 ppm quats). Test strips that are within expiry are available on site to verify concentrations.
