Observation: Debris observed on the tube and in the water tray inside the ice machine.
Correction: Clean and sanitize the ice machine. Discard the current batch of ice and the first batch of ice after sanitizing the ice machine. Correct by: Immediately

Follow-up inspection:
- Ice machine had been cleaned and maintained in sanitary condition.
- Missing tile at the front of the walk-in freezer had been replaced.
- Operator stated the condenser for the bar cooler had been cleaned. Ambient air temperature measure at 6.5C to 7.5C.
- New bar cooler available on site still in package. Replace the old cooler with the new cooler and ensure an ambient air temperature of 4C or less can be maintained.
